NIK BEEZY
Professional where it counts. Raw about how it happened.
NIK BEEZY — FOUNDERMusic has been part of NIK BEEZY's life since childhood. His father was in a band and helped inspire his love of music.
He has more than 10 years of experience performing, writing, developing music, navigating the music industry and building opportunities around music. He has performed and hosted local shows, creating opportunities for underground artists — and giving artists the opportunities he wishes he'd had earlier in his own journey.
He learned the music business through real experience, including being taken advantage of, and learning how to protect himself and move smarter because of it.
He did not graduate high school. He was told multiple times to quit. He kept going.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT.
YOU JUST HAVE TO KEEP GOING UNTIL YOU DO.
BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP
The investment
$15,000+
More than $15,000 was invested into building Area 97. Construction had setbacks. Contractors helped start the work, and after things fell apart NIK BEEZY personally stepped in and finished major parts of the studio. A friend, Phil, also helped with doors and insulation.
Built, not bought. Finished through perseverance. Created because the vision mattered.
The facility
- One control room
- One vocal booth
- Vocal booth inside the control room
- Both contained within the same building shell
A room designed around the vocal — close enough to keep the energy in the session, and treated so the take holds up.
@97LUCKYYY
In 2026 NIK BEEZY created @97luckyyy with JORDXN — a collaborative underground entertainment and promotional platform spanning music, fashion shows and entertainment. It exists for the same reason Area 97 does: building real opportunities for artists coming up.
The mission
KEEP GOING.
KEEP CREATING.
KEEP DEVELOPING.
BUILD SOMETHING THAT LASTS.
Area 97 isn't just a recording studio opening its doors. It's a place where artists can develop, create and get opportunities.
