97 RESIDENCY

Payment
50% initial commitment payment required to enter the 12-month agreement. The remaining balance follows the agreed payment schedule. Payment is handled manually.

97 Residency — payment structure
50% initial commitment payment required to enter the 12-month agreement.
The 97 RESIDENCY is a 12-month agreement at $750/month — a total annual commitment of $9,000. Entering the agreement requires an initial payment equal to 50% of that full annual commitment ($4,500). The remaining balance follows the agreed payment schedule. This is a commitment payment, not a refundable deposit. All membership payments are handled manually.

- MISSION — up to 4 unused studio hours roll over.
- 97 RESIDENCY — up to 6 unused studio hours roll over.
